Marcus Nisbett – Founder and ACSM-CPT, LMT

Marcus has been a professional in the Health and Fitness industry since 1997 after a car accident the previous year, left him to rehabilitate herniated discs in his lower back. Fascinated with the body’s potential to heal and correct itself with proper guidance, he set out on a path to better understand the profound mechanism of healing. Within a few years, Marcus became one of the top trainers at the New York Health & Racquet Club. He completed several courses in advanced flexibility in order to further understand human movement. After experiencing Marcus’ touch many of his clients urged him to enroll in the degree program at The Swedish Institute, A College of Health Sciences for Massage Therapy, which is the oldest and most prestigious school for massage in the world.

Isabella Fox / LMT / Skin Care Specialist

A licensed massage therapist for over 17 years and a graduate of The Academy of Healing Massage & Facial Skin Care. A member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). She is dedicated and passionate about helping people experience the power of healing through massage. She incorporates various modalities. Including Trigger Point, Stretching, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy & Pre-natal Massage. Isabella treats each massage as a dance incorporating her keen intuitive touch, presence, and rhythm, providing each client with a distinctive massage experience. “I believe the complete package, Body/Mind/Spirit, is without question how we as human beings move best in the world.”

Will Holloway / Certified Personal Trainer

Will Holloway has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and holds a CrossFit certification and a Queenx (functional training) certification as well as being certified as a Personal Trainer through International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He was a competitive power lifter For 12 years & was 14th in the country in his weight class. Will has worked with a variety of clientele ranging from the average Joe looking to get healthier, to athletes, equestrians, mentally challenged and kids. He loves to help people reach their personal wellness goals, whatever they may be and he utilizes his experience and skills to get them there. For the first 7 years he did mostly individual resistance training at peoples homes in South Florida from Miami to Boca Raton. Will also has experience and a coaching certification in power lifting.

Jade Gillis / Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been practicing massage professionally for over nine years. Massage and natural healing have been essential factors throughout my life. I have dealt with muscle and joint problems from an early age and was introduced to massage therapy to help with my issues. Through my positive experience over the years, I fell in love with the field and decided to study and practice massage therapy as my career. I received my initial education from the MCI Institute of Technology. Since then, I have been obtaining knowledge of many different modalities that captured my attention, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. Today, I'm taking courses at Vedic Conservatory for Vedic Thai Massage to further my education and practice and provide my clients with an excellent wellness experience. My mission is to support your health and wellness goals while providing a service to help you continue doing the things you love.

Dr. Joe Rosello / Licensed Massage Therapist

Dr. Joe, as his patients and friends have affectionately called him for 40 years, has been practicing chiropractic in NY and Connecticut. Through his experience, he has developed a method that includes seven ways to treat, promote and improve your health, for every condition. Since semi-retiring to Florida two years ago, he has attained a massage therapist license, specializing in "Musculo-Skeletal alignment", helping folks of all ages, shapes and sizes. Meeting Marcus and his business model has been a blessing, as our medical philosophies are well "aligned" Dr. Joe looks forward to helping you become who you are meant to be.

Filip Jachim / Certified Personal Trainer

Filip is an ACSM and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University. "For as long as I can remember I have always been physically active, from playing soccer, lifting weights, running, and training in combat sports". Filip began his professional journey as a personal trainer in 2019. In 2021, he became a stretcher at Stretch Zone to learn more about the human body and recovery. As a trainer and a stretcher at ncognito he is here to help clients achieve their goals and provide stretches after their workouts to help keep their muscles loose.

Gina-Pleasanton

Gina Pleasanton / Licensed Massage Therapist

Gina has been practicing the art of Massage Therapy since 2000. She has studied many modalities such as Trigger-Point Therapy, Head & Neck treatments, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Aromatherapy & Reflexology. However, her love of Vedic Thai Massage has led her to Specialize.

She has since dedicated her career to enhancing the receivers goals. In Vedic Thai massage, we use intuition and detect the body's obstructions while applying techniques that open our bodies' meridians and major joints by rhythmic compressions and stretching. Which in turn liberates the region, allowing energy to flow. Some call it "lazy man's yoga." I enjoy customizing each session, combined with lubrication strokes of massage with the structural realignment compressions of Thai massage. It's our nature to be one with body, mind and spirit, so let our bodies be our best investment!

Sharon – LMT, E-RYT, Nutrition Specialist

After my 30+ year career in the restaurant business, I decided it was time for a change. I already had my Yoga Teacher certification and decided to stay on the holistic path, go to Massage school, learn about the use and benefits of Essential Oils, as well as earning certifications in both health coaching and senior fitness. Originally from Cuba Lu really loves fitness and dance. She found the best way to put them together was doing aerobics classes. So she became an aerobics instructor and decided to go to school to learn everything about physical education and sports. After 7 years of study that also included massage therapy, She felt ready and prepared to help people reach their goals of achieving a healthy mind and body. She moved to the United States which gave her the wonderful opportunity of continuing with her passion. “I also went to Massage school here to learn new techniques.” Since then, I have been working as a massage therapist and I have to confess that I love what I do. Having happy, healthy and pleased clients makes me truly joyful!
